 1 box Betty Crocker Fluffy White
 Powdered sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting Mix (fat-free))
 2 tsp.vanillaextract
 Almond extract1 Teaspoon (Frosting Mix (fat-free))
 1/4 Cup evaporated skim milk
 Egg Beaters2 (Frosting Mix (fat-free))
 4Tbs. Country Morning Blend "Light" low-fat margarine
 Rising flour3 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting Mix (fat-free))

Directions

Cream together frosting mix, powdered sugar, low-fat margarine, almond, vanilla, and skim milk with an electric mixer.
Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and continue to blend.
Stir in 3 cups self-rising flour.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into the desired shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Wesson Light cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F.7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (about 1 tsp. frosting per cookie).
