Pam's Famous Cut Out Sugar Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe




 Fluffy white18 Ounce (Betty Crocker, 1 Box)
 Powdered sugar/1/2 cup sugar+ 6 packets sweet' n low1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract2 Teaspoon
 Almond extract1 Teaspoon
 Evaporated skim milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Egg beaters2
 Low fat margarine4 Tablespoon (Country Morning Blend Light)
 Self rising flour3 Cup (48 tbs) (Extra Flour To Roll Out Dough)


Cream together frosting mix, powdered sugar, low-fat margarine, almond, vanilla, and skim milk with an electric mixer.
Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and continue to blend.
Stir in 3 cups self-rising flour.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into the desired shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Wesson Light cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F.7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (about 1 tsp. frosting per cookie).
