Pam's Famous Cut Out Sugar Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box Betty Crocker Fluffy White | ||
| Powdered sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting Mix (fat-free)) | |
| 2 tsp.vanillaextract | ||
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon (Frosting Mix (fat-free)) | |
| 1/4 Cup evaporated skim milk | ||
| Egg Beaters | 2 (Frosting Mix (fat-free)) | |
| 4Tbs. Country Morning Blend "Light" low-fat margarine | ||
| Rising flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting Mix (fat-free)) | |
Directions
Cream together frosting mix, powdered sugar, low-fat margarine, almond, vanilla, and skim milk with an electric mixer.
Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and continue to blend.
Stir in 3 cups self-rising flour.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into the desired shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Wesson Light cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F.7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (about 1 tsp. frosting per cookie).
