Pam's Best Beer Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Rising flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Lite beer | ||
| Egg Beaters | 2 | |
| 1 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds | ||
Directions
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a hand beater.
Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Bake at 350° F. for 40 minutes.
Brush liquid Butter Buds on top after removing from oven.
