Pama Pomegranate Mojito Recipe Video
The Master Mixologist, Bridget Albert prepares another gorgeous cocktail - Pama Pomegrantes Mojito. It is one of the exquisite mojito preparations, which you can surely prepare at your home and serve to your guests.
Ingredients
Lime - 1/2, freshly squeezed juice
Fresh mint - a handful
Simple syrup - 0.5 oz, (mixture of 1/2 part each, sugar and water)
Light rum - 1.5 oz
Pama Pomegranate liqueur - 1 oz
Fresh strawberry - as required, sliced
Fresh blueberry - as required
Ice - as required, crushed
Club soda - to fill
Mint Sprig - for garnish
Powdered sugar - to taste
Directions
MAKING
1 In a large glass, squeeze some fresh lime juice.
2 Add a handful of mint leaves and pour simple syrup on top to coat the leaves.
3 Add the rum to the glass along with the pomegranate liqueur.
4 Add a spoonful of strawberries and blue berries to the cocktail.
5 Give it a light muddle as shown in the video.
6 Fill the glass with crushed ice.
7 Top with a splash of club soda and give a good stir.
SERVING
8 Garnish with a sprig of mint and sprinkle with some powdered sugar.

Good stuff! I mean in a Snifter it's awesome so in a drink I am sure this will be amazing-gorgeous colour too.
