Ingredients

 Lettuce leaves4 , shredded
 1 x 400 g. / 14 oz. can palm hearts, drained and sliced
 15 ml. / 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 Paprika to garnish
 150 ml. / 5 fl. oz. mayonnaise
 Pinch of curry powder
 30 ml. / 2 tablespoons double cream, lightly whipped
 5 ml. / 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 Tabasco sauce4 Drop (Dressing)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Put an equal quantity of shredded lettuce into each of four serving glasses.
Arrange the palm heart slices on top and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Combine all the dressing ingredients together and season to taste with the salt and pepper.
Spoon over the palm hearts.
Sprinkle a little paprika over the top.
