Palak Patata Mein Recipe

Ingredients
40 gm spinach
150 gm potatoes
50 gm onion
5 gm ginger
5 gm garlic
50 gm tomato
5 gm coriander powder
5 gm cumin powder
2 gm turmeric powder
Red chilli powder to taste
15 ml oil
Oil for deep-frying
5 gm cumin
Salt to taste
Directions
Finely chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Remove skin and cut potatoes into cubes.
Dice tomatoes and chop spinach leaves.
Heat oil and deep fry potatoes and keep aside.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin, turmeric, chilli and coriander powders, ginger, garlic and onion.
When onion turns light brown, add tomatoes.
Add spinach and cook on slow fire with lid covered.
Add potatoes and salt when almost done.
Serve hot with phulkas.
