Ingredients
cheese{paneer} 1/2 kg cut into cubes
palak{spinach} 500gms
salt and pepper as per taste
ginger garlic paste
onion paste
water
oil for frying
whole garm masala{cinnamon,cloves,large cardamom,small cardamom}
green chillies
Directions
lightly brown paneer in a kadahi
set aside and cool
make a puree of the palak {spinach}
heat oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala and lightly saute it.
add ginger garlic paste saute till brown
add the onion paste and saute untill a light brown colour and the smell of onions is gone
add the spinach puree with salt pepper and green chillies
heat and make a thick gravy
when the gravy is tender and thick add the cheese cubes
garnish and serve hot
