Ingredients
5 bunches palak(spinach)
A pinch of asafoetida
60 gm garlic cloves,chopped finely
100 gm oil
200 gm onions chopped
10 red chillies
10 gm chili powder
5 gm turmeric
salt to taste
Directions
Point 1- Clean the spinach and chop them finely set aside.
Point 2- Heat oil in a pan and fry the red chillies,chopped onoins and chopped garlic until golden in colour.
Point 3 -Then add chili powder,turmeric asafoetida and fry for few more minutes.
Point 4 - Now add, chopped spinach and fry for few more minutes.
Point 5-Add salt ,cover the pan and cook until the spinach gets tender.
served hot with chapaties.
