Palak Ki Kadhi Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 5.6 Kilogram (For 10) | |
| Bengal gram flour 500 gm. | ||
| Curds | 5.6 Kilogram (For 10) | |
| Green chillies | 200 Gram (For 10) | |
| Bengal Gram | 200 Gram (For 10) | |
| Peanuts | 200 Gram (For 10) | |
| Cumin | 15 Gram (For 10) | |
| Turmeric | 15 Gram (For 10) | |
| Fat | 500 Gram (For 10) | |
| Sugar | 100 Gram (For 10) | |
| Salt | 100 Gram (For 10) | |
Directions
1. Soak gram for 2-3 hours. Shell and soak peanuts.
2. Cook spinach with the gram and shelled and soaked peanuts.
3. Mash the mixture well. 4. Add gram flour to the mixture and mix it properly.
5. Beat curds, add water to make thick buttermilk.
6. Add to the spinach mixture and cook till it boils.
7. Heat fat, add slit green chillies and cumin. -When the seeds crackle, add turmeric and pour the tempering over the spinach and buttermilk mixture.
8. Add salt and sugar. Cook for five minutes more.
9. Serve hot.
