Paksiw Na Litson Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork roast | 4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/2 cup Liver Sauce | ||
| Vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole Cloves | 6 | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
Because of the vinegar and the seasoning already in the meat and Liver Sauce, you probably don't need salt and pepper, but add them if you like.
Serve hot or cold.
