Ingredients

 
500gm whole bangus cleaned, scaled and sliced diagonally
 
1/4 c Mama Sita's Young Vinegar
 
1 eggplant sliced diagonally
 
3/4 c water
 
1/4 c ginger sliced and pounded
 
3 tbsp garlic crushed
 
1 tsp peppercorn
 
2 tsp roack salt
 
1 long green chilli

Directions

In a saucepan, combine together all the ingredients except bangus and green chili and bring to bol.
Add the fish and green chili, lower the heat and simmer until fish is cooked through.
Serve hot.
