pakoras Recipe
Ingredients
1.Besan
2.salt to taste
3.red chilli powder
4.chillies finely chopped
5.Asafoetida(Hing)
6.coriander finely chopped
7.Vegetables cut into pieces(capsicum,aloo,gourd,raw banana)
8.oil for frying
9.water to mix ingredients
Directions
Mix ingredients 1 to 6 in water to batter consistency dip vegies n deep fry in oil until it turns to light brown(dark golden)in colour
Note:onion and cabbage pakoda
same batter as above cut cabbage and onion seperately n mix it seperately.and fry.consistency should be a little thicker than that of earlier batter
