pakoda chaat Recipe
This is done in almost all north indian homes.
Ingredients
| Mung dal | 500 Gram | |
| Coriander | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Curd | 500 Gram | |
| Green chilly-6-7(very finely chopped) | ||
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Chilli powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
soak moong dal for about 4-5 hours and grind to a paste with little water,salt and chilli powder.
fry it taking about 2tsps of the batter after frying all of the batter soak it in water again for half an hour and remove & squeeze the water and arrange it on a plate..then add all the ingredients .
tasty chaat will be ready.
