Ingredients

 Beef2 Pound, minced (Meat Mixture:)
 3-4 slices white bread soaked in milk
 Eggs2 (Meat Mixture:)
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Meat Mixture:)
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (Meat Mixture:)
 Coriander1 Tablespoon (Meat Mixture:)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped (Meat Mixture:)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Pinch each of thyme, oregano, curry or turmeric for colour.
Mix all ingredients together and form into little meatballs (walnut size).
