Pak Pad Gup Nua Recipe
Pak Pad Gup Nua is an amazingly tasty dish. I serve this often for one of those hearty dinner meals at home. Very filling and delicious, the Pak Pad Gup Nua is something you just shouldn’t miss.
Ingredients
200 g beef, thinly sliced into strips (use a cut of beef like tenderloin)
45 ml vegetable oil
10 g garlic, finely chopped
15 ml oyster sauce
15 ml fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
500 g broccoli, cut into small florets
50 ml to 75 ml vegetable stock
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.
Add the beef strips and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
Lower heat and add the sauces and the sugar.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Add the broccoli florets and the stock.
Stir briefly, then cover and cook on medium heat till the broccoli is cooked and most of the water has evaporated.
Serve hot, with steamed rice.
