Shrimp And Green Onion Pajeon Recipe Video

Ingredients
green onions(cut long/short)
shrimp(shelled, deviened,cut into 2)
1 cup Korean pancake mix
3/4 cup water
oil
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vineger
green onion(chopped)
sesame seeds
Directions
In a bowl, add the dipping sauce ingredients, mix well and keep aside.
For the batter, mix well the pancake mix and water.
In a warm shallow pan, add the oil, place the long pieces of the green onions, pour over the batter and cook evenly on both the sides.
For the Pajeon with the shrimp, in a warm shallow pan, add the oil, place the shrimps, pour over the batter and then place the short green onions; cook evenly on both the sides.
