Pahnhaas Recipe
Thanks to my neighbor for sharing this excellent Pahnhaas recipe. I prepare this Pahnhaas with Cheese as the main ingredient. You don't need to think more. Just prepare this Pahnhaas now!
Ingredients
2 cups corn meal
5 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb. head cheese
Directions
Make a thick porridge of corn meal and water.
Add head cheese and simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into a greased loaf pan.
Allow this to cool, cut into slices and fry until brown.
