Hi Vibs, I saw this same recipe in the online Express but with today's date Sunday 8th May, 2011. If this is your recipe Vibs why didn't ifoodTV make sure you got a byline in the paper? Did they ask or seek your permission to use it? ifoodTV have given a recipe of mine to the Scottish Sunday Express without my knowledge or permission. Kevin Ashton chefkevin1@hotmail.com

Hey Kevin, Yes, I had given my permission to ifood.tv to share my recipes with the Express Newspaper. You should check with the ifood team re: your recipe. I know they were very careful about getting permission so my guess is that it must have been a mistake.

I saw the recipe for Paella Valencia in the Daily Express yesterday (14 March) and thought I would re-check the recipe here. It says the recipe is for 4 people and amongst the sea food ingredients it says to cut up squid into rings and add 4 mussells but only 3 prawns - seems a bit odd to me - does one guest have to do without a prawn then :-)
