Paella Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 long double-pronged skewers | ||
| Chicken | 4 Small | |
| Garlic | 8 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2 spicy or mild sausages, each cut into 1 1/ 2-inch pieces | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| 8 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined, butterflied | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1/ 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1/ 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/ 4 Teaspoon | |
| Canola oil, for brushing skewers and grid | ||
Directions
Thread skewers with chicken crosswise.
Add garlic and alternate pieces of tomatoes, sausage, and shrimp.
Mix oil with oregano and pepper.
Brush kabobs with flavored oil.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on the grid over ashen coals.
Grill kabobs about 9 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook until chicken is done.

Brush kabobs with flavored oil.
