Ingredients

 4 long double-pronged skewers
 Chicken4 Small
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm)
 2 spicy or mild sausages, each cut into 1 1/ 2-inch pieces
 Tomatoes2 Medium, cut into wedges
 8 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined, butterflied
 Extra virgin olive oil1/ 4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oregano1/ 2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/ 4 Teaspoon
 Canola oil, for brushing skewers and grid

Directions

Thread skewers with chicken crosswise.
Add garlic and alternate pieces of tomatoes, sausage, and shrimp.
Mix oil with oregano and pepper.
Brush kabobs with flavored oil.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on the grid over ashen coals.
Grill kabobs about 9 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook until chicken is done.
