Easy Paella Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken parts
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed chicken broth
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup raw regular rice
1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Directions
In skillet, brown chicken in oil; pour off fat.
Add broth and garlic.
Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes.
Stir remaining ingredients into broth.
Cover; cook 30 minutes more or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir occasionally.
