Pad Thai is the first recipe that crosses your mind when you think about Thai food.Not only in Thailand but Pad Thai is a very popular dish across the world.
Here is my recipe of Pad Thai.

Ingredients
1/2 lb. dried rice noodles, 1/8" wide
Warm water
1/2 lb. chicken
1/4 c. fish sauce
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 lb. bean sprouts
2 tbsp. ground roast chili
Lime wedges
1 tsp. paprika
4 slivered green onions
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
Directions
You begin with soaking noodles 30 minutes until it becomes soft. Mix sugar, vinegar, paprika and fish sauce & keep it aside.Heat oil in a wok & stir fry noodles & chicken.To this add garlic & the sauce that you just made.Place eggs somewhere between or under the noodles & add oil if required,also add sprouts to it.
When you serve it,garnish with green onions and lime wedges.
