Pacific Lime Mold Recipe

Ingredients
3-3 ounce packages lime Jello
1 30 ounce can crushed pineapple
3 cups boiling water
3 cups cottage cheese (creamed style)
1 tablespoon horseradish
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Drain pineapple and add juice to Jello.
Chill until consistency of egg white, then beat until frothy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a large crystal bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Chill at least 12 hours.
Can be made 48 hours ahead.
