Pacific Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon (For dressing:) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (For dressing:) | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted (For dressing:) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon (For dressing:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (For dressing:) | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (For dressing:) | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (For dressing:) | |
| Green onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For dressing:) | |
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For dressing:) | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Large (For dressing:) | |
| Parsley - to garnish | ||
| Cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated (For dressing:) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Drain the tuna and flake.
MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk with a fork until well amalgamated.
3. Add onion, celery and tuna and mix.
4. Let marinate for 1 hour until ready to serve.
FINALIZING
5. Halve tomatoes lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
6. Spoon tuna mixture into each.
SERVING
7. Top each with cheese and garnish with parsley and serve.
