 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon (For dressing:)
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon (For dressing:)
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon, toasted (For dressing:)
 Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon (For dressing:)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For dressing:)
 Onion powder1/2 Teaspoon (For dressing:)
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon (For dressing:)
 Green onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For dressing:)
 Celery1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (For dressing:)
 Tomatoes4 Large (For dressing:)
 Parsley - to garnish
 Cheese2 Tablespoon, grated (For dressing:)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Drain the tuna and flake.

MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk with a fork until well amalgamated.
3. Add onion, celery and tuna and mix.
4. Let marinate for 1 hour until ready to serve.

FINALIZING
5. Halve tomatoes lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
6. Spoon tuna mixture into each.

SERVING
7. Top each with cheese and garnish with parsley and serve.
