Baked Honey Coconut Chicken Recipe

| Flaked coconut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Blend mustard and honey in small bowl. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then roll in coconut.
