Pacific Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
1 16-ounce can salmon,drained, flaked
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Cucumber Sauce
Directions
Combine ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix lightly.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
