Pacific Lime Mold Recipe
How can anyone not agree with me that this Pacific Lime Mold is simply delicious? I never fail to eat Dessert while dining out and this is the most common dish that I order. In my view, if one calls oneself a good cook, one must have a personal recipe of Pacific Lime Mold, just like I do.
Ingredients
3 €” 3 oz. pkgs. lime jello
1 €” 30 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 c. boiling water
3 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
6 tbsp. mayonnaise -
1 1/2 c. whipping cream whipped
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Dissolve je!!o in boiling water. .
2. Drain pineapple well, and add juice to jello.
3. Chill until slightly thickened, then beat until frothy.
4. Fold in the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into a large crystal bowl, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
6. Chill at least 12 hours. This may be made 2 days ahead of the occasion.
