Pacific Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cup finely shredded cabbage | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/4 cup diced red capsicum | ||
| 1/4 cup canned pineapple pieces, drained | ||
| 1 orange, cut into sections | ||
| 1/4 cup grapes, seeded and peeled | ||
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl chill cabbage well and mix with celery, capsicum, pineapple, orange and grapes.
2. Let it chill again until needed.
SERVING
3. To serve pour French Dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
