Pacific Coast Barbecued Salmon Recipe
The pacific coast barbecued salmon is a easy and peppy barbecued fish recipe. Prepared with salmon steaks, brushed with a lightly cooked butter and lemon juice mix flavored with worcestershire sauce, the pacific coast barbecued salmon is cooked on uncovered grill till done.
Ingredients
4 fresh or frozen salmon steaks, 1 inch thick (about 8 ounces each)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Thaw salmon steaks, if frozen.
In saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Brush salmon steaks with butter mixture.
Place steaks in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill steaks, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot Charcoal Briquets 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Baste steaks with butter mixture and turn; grill 6 to 9 minutes longer, basting often, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
