Directions

Mix milk, water, olive oil and salt and stir at medium heat. Bring it to boil and remove from heat and cool. In a bowl crack eggs, mix parmesan cheese. In another bowl take tapioca flour and mix milk, water and oil mixture to it, then the parmesan egg mixture. The batter should be doughy wet. Put drops of the batter on a baking sheet. Bake it for 20 minutes at 190 F. The Brazilian style cheese puffs are ready.
