Oysters Rockefeller Recipe

Ingredients

| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |

| 36 shell oysters | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 6 Drop | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Shuck and drain oysters; place on deep half of shells.
Put spinach, onion, bay leaves and parsley through food grinder.
Add seasonings and cook in butter for 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Spread mixture over oysters and bake in a hot oven (400°F.) for about 10 minutes.
