Oysters With Spinach Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 1 Carton (1l), shucked | |
| 3/4 cup hot cooked spinach noodles | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| 1 green onion (with top), chopped | ||
| Butter margarine | 1 1//2 Teaspoon, melted | |
| Parmesan and romano cheese | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
Place oysters in 15-oz casserole [22-oz casserole].
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (550 watts) until edges of oysters begin to curl, 1 to 2 min [3 to 4 min, stirring after 2 min]; drain.
Mix in noodles, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and onion[s].
Sprinkle with margarine and cheese.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until hot, 2 to 3 min [2 to 4 min].
