Oysters Scalloped Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 1 Quart, drained | |
| 3/4 c. oyster liquid | ||
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| 1 1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Warm oysters and juice over low heat.
Melt butter, blend in flour, add remainder except reserve 1/4 c.cracker crumbs for top.
Bake in shallow buttered baking dish at 350° for 20 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
