Baked Oysters Scalloped Recipe
|Oysters||2 Quart, drained|
|Chopped shallots/Onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tabasco||3 Dash (Per Layer)|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
|Fine cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||6 Tablespoon, melted|
|Salt||To Taste (Lightly For Each Layer)|
|Pepper||To Taste (Lightly For Each Layer)|

Sprinkle with half of parsley, shallots, seasonings, lemon juice, butter and crumbs.
Repeat another layer of oysters, then other seasonings.
Just before baking pour the milk into evenly spaced holes, being very careful not to moisten crumb topping all over.
Bake 375° for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
