Gourmet Oysters Rockefeller Recipe

This is a kick ass Oysters Rockefeller recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. I prepare this Oysters Rockefeller with Seafood as the main ingredient. Ingredients

 
36 oysters on the half shell
 
6 slices bacon
 
1 1/4 cups sour cream
 
4 green onion tops, chopped very fine
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Several dashes of Tabasco Sauce or cayenne pepper
 
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine
 
1 teaspoon garlic crushed in garlie press
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
4 green celery leaves, chopped fine, or 1 teaspoon celery salt
 
1 1/4 cups fresh spinach, minced fine
 
3/4 cup butter
 
Coarse salt
 
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Be sure to cut the muscles joining the oysters to the shells, and remove the oysters from the shells entirely.
Blend well together the sour cream, salt, Tabasco Sauce, crushed garlic, and lemon juice.
Boil about two thirds of the chopped spinach 6 or 8 minutes in a small amount of liquid, preferably oyster liquor.
