Gourmet Oysters Rockefeller Recipe
This is a kick ass Oysters Rockefeller recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. I prepare this Oysters Rockefeller with Seafood as the main ingredient. Ingredients
36 oysters on the half shell
6 slices bacon
1 1/4 cups sour cream
4 green onion tops, chopped very fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
Several dashes of Tabasco Sauce or cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine
1 teaspoon garlic crushed in garlie press
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 green celery leaves, chopped fine, or 1 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/4 cups fresh spinach, minced fine
3/4 cup butter
Coarse salt
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend well together the sour cream, salt, Tabasco Sauce, crushed garlic, and lemon juice.
