Oysters Casino Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 2 Dozen | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Dash Tabasco sauce | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1/4 cup seasoned crumbs Paprika | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Place 2 oysters in the deep half of one shell or custard cup; repeat to fill 12 shells.
Arrange filled shells on plastic tray or paper plates.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture onto oysters.
Cook in Radarange oven 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot.
