Oysters A La Queen Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
14 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed oyster stew
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons diced pimiento
Directions
In saucepan, brown mushrooms and cook onion in butter until tender.
Blend in flour; gradually stir in stew, milk, and pimiento.
Heat, stirring until thickened.
