 Bacon Slices4
 2 doz. raw oysters on half shell
 2 tablesp. minced green pepper
 2 tablesp. minced onion
 1 tablesp. butter or margarine
 1 tablesp. blue cheese
 1 teasp. bottled thick meat sauce
 Lemon slices

Directions

Cut each bacon slice in thirds, then in halves lengthwise and place one piece on each oyster.
Combine green pepper and onion; sprinkle some on each oyster.
Melt butter and cheese together, add sauce and pour a little on each oyster.
Arrange oysters on broiler rack in the broiler oven.
Broil about 15 min., or until bacon is crisp and brown, avoiding too high heat.
