Oysters A La Casino Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 doz. raw oysters on half shell | ||
| 2 tablesp. minced green pepper | ||
| 2 tablesp. minced onion | ||
| 1 tablesp. butter or margarine | ||
| 1 tablesp. blue cheese | ||
| 1 teasp. bottled thick meat sauce | ||

Directions
Cut each bacon slice in thirds, then in halves lengthwise and place one piece on each oyster.
Combine green pepper and onion; sprinkle some on each oyster.
Melt butter and cheese together, add sauce and pour a little on each oyster.
Arrange oysters on broiler rack in the broiler oven.
Broil about 15 min., or until bacon is crisp and brown, avoiding too high heat.
