Oysters a La Bourguignon Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 12 | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon | 3 | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Shallot | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Small clove garlic- 1, chopped | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a skillet, combine bread crumbs with, stir till brown, reserve the mixture
2. In a skillet, slightly cook the bacon slices till lightly brown, reserve the slices
3. In a bowl, cream together the butter, shallot, garlic, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper, on each oyster spread the mixture in a tablespoon and sprinkle with bread crumbs
4. Take the cooked bacon slices and cut them into 12 pieces and top each oyster with a bacon piece
5. In a skillet, place 3 oyesters and press the shells down into the salt.
SERVING
6. Serve immediately with a sauce of your choice
