Ingredients

 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 Green onions3 , finely chopped
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), finely chopped
 1 head fresh spinach, cleaned, chopped
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Butter1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 48 won ton wrappers
 24 raw oysters, shucked, halved
 Vegetable oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Saute the garlic, green onions, water chestnuts and spinach with the pepper and lemon juice in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place a small amount of the spinach mixture on each won ton wrapper and top with oyster half.
Wrap up won ton as directed on the package.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce or another sauce of your choice.
