Oyster Won Tons Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Green onions | 3 , finely chopped | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), finely chopped | |
| 1 head fresh spinach, cleaned, chopped | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 48 won ton wrappers | ||
| 24 raw oysters, shucked, halved | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
Saute the garlic, green onions, water chestnuts and spinach with the pepper and lemon juice in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place a small amount of the spinach mixture on each won ton wrapper and top with oyster half.
Wrap up won ton as directed on the package.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce or another sauce of your choice.
