Ingredients

 
1 Lb. Beef, sliced thin
 
1/2 Cup Green Onions
 
1/4 Tsp. Salt
 
1/2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
 
1 Tbs. Cornstarch
 
Dash of Sugar
 
2 Tbs. Oil
 
2 Tbs. Oyster Sauce
 
1/4. Cup Chicken Stock
 
1/2 Tsp. MSG
 
1 Tbs. Cornstarch
 
1 Tbs. Water

Directions

Place in bowl salt, soy sauce, 1 tbs. cornstarch and sugar.
Mix ingredients thoroughly and add beef; marinate 5 minutes.
In a preheated skillet, place oil, sliced beef and green onions.
Add oyster sauce.
Cook on high heat 3 minutes.
Add chicken stock, MSG, 1 tbs. cornstarch mixed with 1 tbs. water.
Add bean sprouts, celery, snow peas, water chestnuts, fresh mushrooms as desired.
Toss and mix until gravy thickens and coats the vegetables.
Serve on steamed rice.
