 Oyster liquid - 3/4 cup
 Soft bread crumbs3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Mild cheese - 1 cup, grated
 Butter4 1/2 Tablespoon
 Flour4 1/2 Tablespoon
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven at 300 degrees fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In a pan, add oysters with liquid and heat until they curl.
3 Drain thoroughly in a strainer.
4 Measure 3/4 cup of the liquid to prepare the sauce.
5 In a pan, add the 3/4 cup of liquid along with the milk, butter, flour and salt.
6 Add 1/2 cup of cheese and the oysters together with 2 cups bread crumbs, to the sauce.
7 In a casserole,put the mixture and top with the remaining cheese and crumbs.
8 Dot with butter.
9 Bake until bubbly for about 45 minutes.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
