Oyster Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread crumbs | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| 1 egg well-beaten | ||
| 1 8-ounce container Hilton Oysters** | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Sauté celery and onion lightly in butter. Cut each oyster into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, stuff fowl, and roast.
