 Melted butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 Onion3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced

 1 8-ounce container Hilton Oysters**
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Sauté celery and onion lightly in butter. Cut each oyster into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, stuff fowl, and roast.
