Oyster Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce | ||
| Water | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 oz. oysters, with liquid | ||
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Blend flour, celery, seasonings, and water in saucepan; add oysters with liquid, and butter.
Simmer over low heat until edges of oysters curl.
Remove from heat; add skim milk.
Reheat over low heat.
Add extra salt if desired.
