 Dash Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce
 Water1 Teaspoon
 1 oz. oysters, with liquid
 Butter1 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Blend flour, celery, seasonings, and water in saucepan; add oysters with liquid, and butter.
Simmer over low heat until edges of oysters curl.
Remove from heat; add skim milk.
Reheat over low heat.
Add extra salt if desired.
