Oyster Parsley Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 dozen large oysters and liquor | ||
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| 1/2 rib celery, chopped | ||
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oleo stick | 1/2 | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook seasonings in oyster liquor.
Heat milk with oleo, but do not boil.
Combine all ingredients.
Simmer until oysters curl around edges.
Serves 2 to 3.
