Hearty Oyster Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart oysters with liquid | ||
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| 2 slices crusty bread, toasted | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Heat oysters with liquid in a large saucepan over medium heat; do not boil.
Cool; strain and reserve liquid.
Grind oysters, celery and bread.
Stir in the reserved liquid and seasonings.
Melt butter in a small saucepan; whisk in flour until absorbed.
