Oyster Sausage Stew Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup diced onion
1 (12 ounce) container fresh oysters
1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Brown sausage and onion.
Remove from skillet.
Place oysters with liquid in skillet and cook over low heat until edges curl.
Turn.
Return sausage and onion to skillet.
Stir in milk.
Simmer until thoroughly heated.
