Oyster Fry Recipe

 2 dozen small oysters
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 2 dozen toast rounds

Directions

Season with salt and pepper and dip in flour.
Melt butter in blazer pan over moderate heat, using just enough to cover bottom of pan.
Add oysters and brown on both sides.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and heat thoroughly.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
