 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), finely grated
 Onion1 Medium, minced
 Leek1 , thinly sliced
 Margarine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fleischmann's Brand)
 Flour1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Milk1 Pint
 Light cream1 Pint
 Oysters1 Pint (Fresh Or Canned)
 Clams with juice/Minced clams1 Can (10 oz)
 Dry white wine/Dry sherry1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Grated strong cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Crushed potato chips1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Margarine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fleischmann's Brand)
 All purpose flour1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Melt the 1/2 cup Fleischmann's Margarine, add celery, carrots, onion and leek.
Stir until well coated with the margarine.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over very low heat, stirring once or twice.
Make a white sauce with the 1/4 cup Fleischmann's Margarine, flour, milk and cream, stirring all the time until thick and creamy.
Add the vegetables, salt and pepper.
Mix well and set aside until ready to serve.
Measure the cheese and chips after grating or crushing.
Place the cheese in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and blend.
Place on an unbuttered baking sheet in small spoonfuls, flattening slightly with the bottom of the spoon.
Bake at 375° for 5 to 8 mins. or until golden brown.
Cool on a cake rack.
