Oyster Broccoli Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups frozen broccoli cuts | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| White sauce envelope | 1 | |
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Saltine crackers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Oysters | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Layer half of crushed crackers, the oysters and vegetables in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over vegetable layer.
Sprinkle with remaining crushed crackers and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Microwave at High for 5 to 9 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly around edges, rotating casserole once.
