Oyster and Spinach Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach - 1 (10-ounce) package | ||
| Oysters | 1/2 Pint, drained | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon - 3 slices, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven hot to 450°.
MAKING
2. Follow package directions to cook spinach. Do not add salt. Drain well.
3. Lightly grease 1-quart casserole and keep spinach in it.
4. Arrange oysters over spinach.
5. Sprinkle cheese, garlic powder, and pepper over it.
6. Arrange bacons on top.
7. Mix butter and lemon juice.
8. Sprinkle over oyster mixture.
9. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

10. Serve hot.
