Oxtail 1kg
 
Chopped Parsley 1 tbsp
 
Chopped Onins 1tbsp
 
Anne seed Powder 1tsp
 
Flour 1 cup
 
Egg 4 Nos
 
Milk 100 ml
 
Seasoning To Taste

Directions

Roast the oxtail on slow heat for 3 hrs. Make the crepe mixture by combining milk,flour,and egg, make the crepe. Take out the oxtail from oven and take out the meat of oxtail. Make the mixture of oxtail by sauting onion, Parsley and oxtail meat. Stuff the mixture in crepe and seal it till golden brown. And serve hot as shown in photographs.
